Unlike traditional contractors, Matt immersed himself studying geotechnical and structural engineering. This allows him to execute complex builds where others won’t — from perimeter flow swimming pools and vanishing edge pools to rooftop pools, groundwater builds, caisson-supported structures cantilevered off mountainsides, and complex oceanfront builds in liquefaction zones.
